Questions Concerning Support and Advertising Options

• How many attendees do you anticipate having?
  We are preparing for 250-400 over the five day period including the pre-conference sessions.
• Is it possible to rent just a table during the conference without committing to the Gold Sponsorship?
  No, the space we have is very limited and we need to reserve it for those who are Gold Sponsors
• I have a very limited advertising budget; where would you suggest that I put $50 to work?
  Session Sponsorships are very affordable and will result in a lot of attention and appreciation from the speaker and the attendees.  Placing items on the Info Pick-Up Table is also an outstanding value.  The greatest value overall will be in the Lunch, Dinner, Coffee/Tea or Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsorships
• I cannot attend but I would like to be a dinner or lunch sponsor.  May I give my ticket/s to someone else?
  Certainly, but we need to have the names no later than March 5, 2010
• Can I put my flyer in the binder rather than on the Info Pick-Up Table?
  That option is exclusive to Bronze, Silver, or Gold Sponsors
• Who do I contact about registration in combination with advertising?

• Who attends the Trust Birth Conference?
  Most of our attendees are midwives, doulas, or childbirth educators, but we also have a large number of mothers and others interested in birth.  Many local women will attend the sessions designated as “The Mommy Track.”
• I would like to be a Dinner, Lunch, or Coffee/Tea Sponsor but I don’t have a business to promote.
  That is not a problem.  You may sponsor in your own name, your family’s name or in honor of someone.
• May I place an ad in the TBC 2010 Conference Magazine?
  We accept half page size ads (8″ x 5″) and they are $70 each if placed before January 1, 2010 or $95 each until April 5, 2010.  The magazine is published around April 15, 2010.  Ad space is limited.
  The Conference Magazine features articles written by the speakers and will be available as a PDF download.  We will sell several hundred downloads on our websites.
• How do I register with the hotel?
  Call 1-800-368-9760 or 310-318-7717 before February 16, 2010.  Ask for the Trust Birth Conference rate of $159 valid for stays from March 6-17th.
• What is the best way to get the items I want to exhibit/sell as a Gold Sponsor to the hotel?
  You can ship boxes to yourself in care of the hotel, but there is an additional fee.  Check with the hotel for fees and instructions.  310-318-7717
