ALL inserts, information table items (brochures/flyers, magazines, business cards) and Silent Auction items must be mailed to this address no later than March 1st, 2010.  NOT shipped or postmarked by that day, but arriving by that date!!!

There are no work studies or scholarships available except for the 2 medical student scholarships noted on the Registration page. All workers at the conference are either paid or volunteer.
