CEU's

The cost for CEUs will be $45 for the entire weekend of the conference, or $20 per day if you don’t attend the whole conference. All sessions have already been approved by CAM and BRN. We have also applied to ACNM and MEAC. If you choose to receive CEU’s from more than one organization, you will need to submit an additional $10.

At registration, each person who has paid to receive continuing education units will receive a folder that will include a list of the sessions they are signed up to attend, a session evaluation form for each of those sessions, and an overall conference evaluation form.  These folders must be returned completed in full to Kristi, the continuing education coordinator at the end of your conference attendance.  Each session will have a session monitor stationed at the door at the end of each session and that monitor will need to sign that individuals session list form to document the individual attended the entire session.  This proof of attendance to the full session is a requirement from all CEU organizations to be certain the person receiving the continuing education credit has actually attended and learned the material.  Anyone missing session signatures or not turning in session evaluations or the overall conference evaluation will forfit their ability to receive CEU’s.  We have chosen to place all the materials you will need in one folder for your convenience and to help us keep organized when the conference is over.  Please keep all materials in the folder and turn them in within the folder as well.

I will grant certificates from the organization(s) of your choosing as soon as I have received your completed CEU folder.  Certificates will be mailed to you within 2 weeks of the conference end.  Please make sure your correct contact information is given at registration (you will also need to sign your name at registration as proof of overall conference attendance).

Most doula organizations, childbirth educator organizations, and/or lactation specialist organizations will accept continuing education units from ACNM and MEAC
