Cost of regular registration is $600
Current Discounted Rate – $499
Because you are choosing to pay in advance, it is our desire to give you a discounted rate off the “At the Door” registration. So anyone paying in full from now until March 1, 2012 will receive a $101 discount! Your price will not be $600 but $499. And if you get a room in the hotel (even a shared room), you will qualify for meal vouchers (covering 3 breakfasts and 2 lunches) making your registration price even more valuable! There are a few restrictions on the vouchers, so please read this first.
If you purchase your conference ticket at the current special rate, then you can also add on the Featured Events Combo for an additional $85. You must purchase both your conference ticket and the Featured Events Combo at the same time in order to receive this special rate! See below for details about the Events Combo.
The ticket prices will go up to $550 starting March 2, 2012 (a discount of $50 off of the full price), and all tickets purchased after April 2, 2012 will pay the “At the Door” rate of $600.
Special Group Rate
For any group of 5 or more people who register at the same time (registration information and payment must all be submitted together either via snail mail and money order OR via paypal where the group pays the 4% paypal fee (simply add it to the total of the group amount)) each group member will enjoy a $201 discount off of the regular “At the Door” conference registration rate. So each member of the group will only pay $399! As an extra bonus, if your group has 8 paying members, the organizer of the group (the 9th person) will get their registration completely FREE! If you have always wanted to attend a Trust Birth Conference but were unsure of how you might make this happen—this is the way! Gather your group and get registrations and payments in today. Members of a group are also be eligible for the Featured Events combo–but you will have to purchase each combo at the same time as when you pay for the group rate. This offer expires December 1st, 2011.
Featured Events
These events are an additional fee to the registration, and can be added on for the special rate of $85 if you purchase the Featured Event Combo when you purchase your conference registration. They can also be ordered later individually or at the normal combination rate of $100. This rate will only be avalable until January 1st, 2012 (after that all events will be available separately).

This will be a night of amazing fun and excitement. Come join our conference staff and many of our speakers and be entertained while also becoming part of the entertainment. We are currently working on many solo and duet performances to dazzle and thrill you! Beverages and refreshments will be available for purchase but fun, fun, fun will be had by all!!!! Our Bi-Annual Awards Dinner Banquet
Our Awards Dinner Banquet will be held in the lovely ballroom Friday evening at 7p. Join us for a spectacular meal and a time of honoring some of the greatest birth workers we know. Special guests will be recognized and our Key note Speaker will address and challenge us to serve our families without reserve. There is also a time for outstanding birth workers to be recognized based upon your nominations. Contact us (tbconference@trustbirth.com) to find out more details about nominating a birth worker you know who deserves to be recognized for their contribution in helping families learn the truth and trust in birth.
The Sunday Round Table Luncheon
The Sunday Round Table Luncheon was a huge success in 2010 and we will repeat it again in 2012. Each attendee will be seated with one of our most notable speakers at a small table seating only 8. While dining on an amazing lunch, you will have opportunity to engage the speaker with questions and conversation that will surely make this weekend the most amazing conference you have ever attended.
Stragglers Dinner
We hate for the conference to end, so many on the staff, like Carla, Heather, and Kristi, as well as many of the speakers love to go to dinner with anyone still hanging around. We choose a local restaurant and enjoy one last evening of fellowship and fun. If you would like to join us for this dinner, please let Kristi know when you register so you can be added to the list.
AAMI Students Breakfast
Monday morning after the conference, Carla loves to go to breakfast with any of her students who would like to join her. Each person pays for their own meal at a local restaurant and an amazing time of meeting one another and chatting with Carla and other AAMI staff will be had.
Additional Offers
Parent’s Tract—Select sessions that apply to parents will be available in each of our nine session tracts. We will offer parent tract specials per tract or discounted based on the number of tracts you select. Our goal is to make our conference affordable to all, including those who are not birth workers. More information will be available soon on which sessions will be included in the parent tract as well as pricing for each session/group of sessions.
Friday only registration–Attend our morning beverage welcome; Opening session; and your choice of two sessions from tracts 1 and 2 for the low price of $175. Choose to attend our Awards Dinner Banquet Friday evening as well and pay only $225.
Saturday only registration–Attend our morning beverage; and your choice of 5 sessions from tracts 3 through 7 for the low price of $250. Choose to attend our Friday evening Awards Dinner Banquet as well and pay only $300.
Sunday only registration–Attend our morning beverage; and your choice of 2 sessions from tracts 8 and 9; and our closing session for the low price of $175. Choose to attend our Sunday Round Table Luncheon offered between tract 9 and the closing session and pay only $200.
Two day special (Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday)—Attend two of the three days and pay a low price of $385.
