You may also choose to attend only one or two days of the workshop. Friday ONLY and Sunday ONLY are $150 each (this includes open session and both tracks on fri; or closing session w/ both tracks Sunday). You can attend Sat only including the extended session for $240. Or you can choose two days (Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday) for only $325. After March 1, full registration applies. No exceptions other than the two described below.
Med students, nursing students and chiropractic students can register for $459 (Early Bird 2) until March 1, 2010.
Proof of current enrollment required. Subject to availability. No discount after March 1.
Two full scholarships available to med students. Application fee of $25. (Refunded if scholarship denied.) Interview required.

Advanced Midwifery Studies graduates in good standing can register for $299 until March 1, 2010.
(Graduation certificate required.)
CASH DISCOUNT:
3% in addition to any other discount.
Cash discount means cashier’s check, money order or cash… not personal checks, credit card charges or Paypal.
This will apply for walk-ins as well.
GROUP DISCOUNT:
3 – 9 people registering together take 5% off.
Group of 10 – 14 people take 10% off.
Group of 15 or more people take 15% off.
All registrations must be made in one package or one phone call (and group sponsor must have registration information
{names, addresses, phone numbers, emails} for each member of the group) and payment information for each member
when they call to register the group. Group Registration is subject to space availability.
Deadline for group registration is March 1, 2010. No exceptions.

CEUs will be $45 or $20 per day.
PLEASE keep in mind that we are not giving any refunds this time.
If you can’t come you can give your spot to someone else or
donate the amount you paid to the Trust Birth Conference.

We love babies, but we will ask you to sit with them in the back (not up by the microphones) and if they are noisy or disruptive, we will ask you to step outside with your baby. If the session recording is available after the conference, we will give you that session at no charge. If it is not available for some reason we will give you another of your choice. We have many ways you can promote your business or service before, during and after the Trust Birth Conference. If you would like to promote your business, consider being a sponsor of the conference. To honor those people who sponsor the conference, we will not be able to allow anyone who does not sponsor to pass out business cards or flyers at any point during the conference.
