The TrustBirth 2012 Conference will be held at the beautiful, eclectic boutique hotel, Hotel Preston. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport for hotel guests. The hotel is offering two special rates for conference attendees.

$109 for King or Double room – includes free WIFI and parking
You need to request room type when registering and you MUST specify that this is for the 2012 Trust Birth Conference!!!   These room special rates will end March 16, 2012 and anyone getting a room after that date will be subject to availability and their regular room rates at the time.  
**If you desire to stay at the hotel for days before or days after the conference, request the special conference rate for your entire stay–the earlier that you book, the more likely you are to receive this rate!

$189 for a Guest suite – includes two rooms–one room with a King sized bed and bath plus a parlor room that has a bath, desk, tv, large, large sitting space, refrigerator, tables, and a sofa.
This may be a good idea for a family who could bring an air mattress or use the sofa for a child to sleep upon and would be cheaper than getting more than one room if the family size warrants it. There are a very limited number of these so they would need to be taken care of way in advance!

As a special bonus this year, food vouchers will be included for anyone who stays in the hotel (ONLY for those who stay at the Preston!) This means that your hotel cost will include a voucher for buffet breakfast on Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning, as well as buffet lunch on Friday and Saturday!  That is FIVE meals included in the hotel stay package!  In order to receive the food vouchers, you MUST mention you are staying with the Trust Birth Group and you MUST register before the 16th of March. The meal options will include choices for vegetarians as well as meat eaters and will accommodate both on the buffets.

The food voucher offer is new, and it will help your finances stretch massively! There are not a lot of nearby restaurants to jaunt to quickly between sessions, so this will make a huge difference in your budget.

If you are not staying at The Preston hotel the meal voucher is NOT available to you.  You can purchase a meal voucher which includes 3 breakfasts and 2 lunches at $100 per person.  if you are a TBI Facilitator who registered at the TBI discount the meal voucher is NOT free to you (because your discount was so amazing) even if staying at the hotel.  You can also purchase a meal voucher at $100 per person.  Meal vouchers are free to those who register for the conference at regular student price and non student price who ALSO STAY AT THE PRESTON hotel.
