Round Table Luncheon

One amazing speakers will be seated at each table prepared to discuss a specific topic (or to answer general questions). Each person seated at the table will be given two tokens. They can use a token to ask a question on the topic or a general question their round table speaker can answer. Once the tokens are used, they must yield the time to others to be able to use their tokens (this way, everyone has equal opportunity to be heard and to participate in the discussion and prevents individuals from monopolizing the speaker’s time and energy). Each person will pay $45 for their Round table ticket which includes a marvelous lunch and small group time with a very knowledgeable birth worker. 10 people will have the opportunity to sponsor a table ($300) and based upon first register basis, will be able to choose which speaker they have at their table and to suggest a main topic for their table to discuss (plus some wonderful advertising bonuses). In addition to the speaker, each table can seat 9 people. Luncheon guests will be assigned to a table and we will do our best to accommodate groups that desire to stay together at the lunch if possible. However, everyone must be prepared to sit wherever assigned if not possible.
