Karen Strange will answer these questions and provide hands on teaching and opportunity for you to understand the transitional physiology for resuscitation in the OUT OF HOSPITAL setting. Her course is unique in that it discusses the latest research on neonatal resuscitation from the baby’s perspective and discusses the imprint that resuscitation may leave. This course, in it thoroughness, goes far beyond positive pressure ventilation and mouth to mouth techniques. The relationship between physiology, psychology and the hormones of birth are explained to grant greater appreciation and understanding of the critical moments of labor, birth and the immediate postpartum period. This is a course you will not want to miss. Join Karen as she teaches you Midwifery Management of Neonatal Resuscitation and be thoroughly equipped as you fulfill your role in the pregnancy, birthing, and postpartum processes.
